The Judaica Institute is a public non-profit organization from Moldova. The Institute was founded for the sake of protecting and promoting social, cultural, and other rights of the Jewish population and other ethnic minorities in Moldova. The Institute's objectives are improving the national self-identification among the Jews in Moldova, enhancing respect to the history of the nation among the Jewish youth in Moldova, organizing and making researches focused upon Jewish history, traditions, rights, and culture in Moldova, and presenting the results of such researches to the Jewish community in Moldova, etc.
The Judaica Institute have published our materials on protecting the national minority rights, the rights of the Jewish population of Moldova, and the necessity of developing tolerance in the Annals of Judaica Institute (number 1-6) and the collection of reports presented during the international conference titled Issues of History and Rights of Jews in Moldova and national conference titled History, Ethnology, Philology and Rights of Jews in Moldova.
The Judaica Institute cooperates with many Moldavian and foreign organizations.

We have organized the international conference titled Issues of History and Rights of Jews in Moldova. The conference was very successful. The First Secretary of the Embassy of Israel for the Ukraine and Moldova, the Consul of the Netherlands in Moldova, three deputies of the Parliament, functionaries, scientists, professors, heads of the educational institutions, and NGO leaders presented their reports during the conference. Professors from the USA, Germany, Israel, Russia, Lithuania, and Belarus made their reports, too. The conference is aimed at reviving Jewish traditions for young people, transmitting the treasury of Jewish knowledge to the future generations, enhancing young people's interest in the Jewish lifestyle, and increasing the younger generation's awareness of the history and rights of Jews in Moldova (A Jewish Shteltl newspaper, No 11, 2012; No 13, 2012).
The conference was supported by the Consulate of Israel in Moldova and Sohnut Agency.

We have published the second Collection of scholarly works of the Judaica Institute (Annals of Judaica Institute). International Standard Book Number: 978-9975-66-251-2. The collection includes scientific works by the members of the Judaica Institute, Moldavian and American professors, scientists, and deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova. The objective of publishing the collection is contributing to the national self-identification of the Jews in Moldova and making them feel proud of their nation and ancestors by means of revealing some new facts and analyzing the familiar pages of life of the Jewish nation in a more detailed way. The book has been positively acclaimed by the Jewish community of Moldova (A Jewish Shteltl newspaper, No 39, 2011).

We have published a book titled We’d Like to Tell You Their Stories. This book includes essays about doctors, teachers, lawyers, and other outstanding representatives of the Jewish community from Chisinau. The book has been positively acclaimed by the Jewish community of Moldova (A Jewish Shteltl newspaper, No 18, 2011).
